Have you heard of people doing something more than just saying they were unhappy and then their service gives them a better deal, new phones no charge, forgiving charges, etc…
They are charging me an additional $50 because a bunch of spam got forwarded to my cellphone…
and won’t cut me a break on crap that served me no good !!!
they are bizzillionaires and I’m on a very strict budget…
I have been with them for 6 years, but the competition is starting to smell a bit sweeter…

I have a Virgin Mobile cellphone but it doesn’t work in Chile. I can’t afford to buy a new phone and I’d like to just change the provider if it’s possible; possibly to Entel PCS. Is it possible? If it is, can someone tell me how?
